4 push ups + 7 jumps
3 push ups + 8 jumps
2 push ups + 9 jumps
1 push up + 10 jumps
This kind of training method begins with a belief in fitness. The aim of Training is to forge a broad, general and inclusive fitness. We have sought to build a program that will best prepare athletes for any physical contingency — not only for the unknown, but for the unknowable.
