24 push ups pull ups
40 air aquats
16 push ups / pull ups
20 air squats
8 push ups /pull ups
This kind of training method begins with a belief in fitness. The aim of Training is to forge a broad, general and inclusive fitness. We have sought to build a program that will best prepare athletes for any physical contingency — not only for the unknown, but for the unknowable.
