WOD - Misunderstanding

Warm up : Hurdles, agility ladder, Go through the steps 4 times up and down 3 floors
10 push ups, 10 lunges, 5 burpees, 20 sit ups 10 pull ups , 15 squats


Technique : Hand stand push ups!
