1 Wall climb
2 pull ups strict
3 Box jump overs
4 wall balls
5 push ups HR
6 push press
7 TTB 
8 swings 
9 burpees
10 DB Snatch 
11 clusters
12 OHS 

In every round you add one movement 
So.. 1 rep and 
1 and 2, then 1and 2 and 3  and so on until you reach 1+2+3+4...+11+12. 
Numbers are the reps of the movement!
